• Construction of a $23 Million Public Services Maintenance Facility for Salt Lake City Corporation.

• Construction of the $16 million East Lake Elementary School in the Daybreak subdivision for the Jordon School District.

• Construction of a new $17.4 million Junior High School for the Granite School District in Magna, Utah.

• Construction of a new office building Old Mill $3.2 million

• Project supervisor for the construction of four phase projects at the Davis County School District Administration Office

Hospital.

• Build foundation for a pre-built building, housing a state of the art T-3 MRI.

• Construction of a new Border Crossing Station for the Department of Homeland Security. The project is a two phase $15

million, three story building with 60,000 sq. ft., with state of the art technology and will house various agencies at the

International Bridge in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan.

• Complete remodel of the Cottonwood Mall Meier & Frank Department Store in Salt Lake City, Utah. The $6.3 million

remodel project was done in 7 phases and included the demolition of all finishes back to the building structure, installation

of a new electrical back bone, new HVAC system and completely new interior shell.
